The New Modern in Dallas

Just like seasons change, so does interior design. Keeping up with the ever-evolving world of home decor can be challenging, but it's always fun! Follow along on this post as we introduce a recent Staging Dallas project that uses fresh, modern styling.

Mid-century is still in

Thanks to the Iikes of home decor shops like West Elm, the clean, angular, natural textures of mid-century-inspired furniture and home items are still very attractive to home buyers. We love the interesting shapes and geometry of this style and how it easily punctuates a space. Check out how we set up this dining area!

Less beige; More color

Chip and Joanna Gaines made their mark with the monochrome, grayscale colors of "Farmhouse Chic," but that style is quickly phasing out, and it's time to make a bold change. We love using vibrant, solid colors to create a lively, welcoming space for house hunters, like this staged living room in Dallas.

Mix it up

Don't be afraid of texture! To complement the wood paneling of the front door of this Dallas home, we placed wicker indoor-outdoor furniture at the entry, as it sets a relaxed, easy tone of the house. Instead of a bulky couch or chair, this sleek, light set subtly makes a statement.

Benefits of using a home stager are not limited to the fact that we keep up with home furnishing and decor trends and provide all of the assets, but we do the heavy lifting for you, too! Focus on your next move while we focus on what you're leaving behind. Contact us today for a consultation!
