Filling in the Blanks: Hybrid Home Staging
As you know, you only get one first impression, so why not make it great? Sometimes your existing furniture will suffice, but it never hurts to have a professional come in and take your listing to the next level. Maybe you're currently living in your home while it goes on the market, or maybe you're halfway out the door - either way, Staging Dallas hybrid home staging is a fantastic solution.
Let's look at one of our recent projects below. After our hybrid staging job, the listing was on the market for one day, and was under contract for $100,000 over the asking price! By using the homeowner's furniture, like the grandfather clock and the china cabinet, in conjunction with Staging Dallas inventory, the blank spaces were filled in enough to look seamless. This gave the home character but wasn't so personalized that it may turn the homebuyer off.

By keeping up with the latest home trends and frequently updating our inventory, our team is able to come in and assess what will be a polished mix of existing and additional furnishings and decor. Sometimes it takes a professional eye and supplemental resources to take a room from drab to fab.
Here's another hybrid home staging project where we incorporated an existing children's bedroom and a home office/study with our assets. It's fun to get creative with the homeowner's (and their kid's) current objects to transform them into a whole new space that will be attractive to house hunters.

You may be wondering what the point of home staging is, including hybrid home staging, in a market as hot as Dallas. Even in a seller's market, buyers are not visionary and home staging helps. For context, in 2021, our hybrid stagings averaged just 6 days on the market and sold for an average of $30,000 over the asking price. So, are you ready to meet in the middle with hybrid home staging? Give us a line here!
