Best of Staging Dallas 2021

Another year is coming to an end! As we reflect on everything that happened over the last year, which maybe wasn't as "normal" as we had hoped, we can say that we are thankful for all of our clients, partners, and real estate agents that made Staging Dallas projects possible. The Dallas Real Estate market continued to boom, we had record home staging statistics (which can be viewed here), and many people found their dream homes. To wrap up this exciting and unpredictable year, we're showcasing some of our favorite projects of 2021.

The Hybrid Home (Staging)

It's always a fun challenge to incorporate the seller's existing furniture along with Staging Dallas inventory to create a truly unique outcome. In this home staging project in Dallas, we went with dark, bold colors to complement the dining area and contrast with the sitting room.

Colorful and Cozy

In this smaller home staging, we decided to go for a more playful, yet homey, design. Using colorful throw pillows that tie in with the artwork above the fireplace and mantel, the room is not only lively but liveable, too!

Accent, Not Accidental

Notice a familiar color scheme? We love incorporating our brand colors in our Dallas home stagings! This home had a blue accent wall that provided inspiration for the rest of the room. We brought in yellow furniture, blue's complementary color, to make the set-up pop. It's fun and it's functional!

Neutral and Natural

These windows were the highlight of this room, so we used more natural and subdued furniture and artwork to draw the eye toward the windows. The natural light bounced beautifully off of the hardwood floors, so no rug was necessary. We love how this gives a greenhouse/garden feel with the high ceilings and oversized windows.

As you can see from the round-up above, no home is the same, and no staging project will be the same either.
