How does that compare to the overall market?
Even just at a glance you probably know that Dallas is a competitive real estate market. It's a quickly growing city and often referred to as being in a "Seller's Market." As great as that may sound, the statistics still aren't very impressive. In fact, according to Redfin, homes in the Dallas area (occupied and vacant) sell for about 14% below list price and spend about 76 days on the market.
So by not hiring a professional home stager, you could potentially lose 12-13% of the home asking price. If you're listing your home for $300,000, that could be around a $39,000 loss! That's not a small amount of money for anyone.
And time is money, right? The average home in the Dallas market spends over 2 months for sale and Staging Dallas homes sold for just under 3 weeks. Think about how much time you're saving by selling more quickly.
We invite you to become a part of our next statistic. You'll want those numbers on your side, even in a hot market. Contact Staging Dallas today!
